Program Overview: The Master of Business Administration at CQU is an innovative course, designed to address the contemporary needs of managers for the coming millennium. The course explicitly addresses the developments of the Asia Pacific. This ensures managers, both in the public and private sectors, will recognise the significance of economic and business trends in the Asia Pacific area. Graduates completing this course will be skilled in modifying business strategies to account for the cultural differences and expectations of the Asia Pacific countries and markets.

Entry Requirements: Entry qualifications for the Master of Business Administration require candidates to have:
- a sound bachelor degree from any faculty of an Australian university or college, together with at least two years' work experience in a management capacity;
or
- an honours degree in business management, commerce or economics from an Australian university; or
- a bachelor degree and a graduate diploma in business or management from an Australian university or college;
or
- qualifications which are deemed equivalent to one of the above.
These qualifications must be from an Australian university or an approved overseas institution. If applicants are unsure as to whether their degree is equivalent to an Australian degree, they may seek a preliminary assessment of the qualification before submitting a formal application.
If you haven’t completed an undergraduate degree, but have at least 10 years management experience, you may be eligible to enrol in the Graduate Certificate In Management. Successful completion of this certificate will allow for entry into the Graduate Diploma of Management (three additional units). Successful completion of the Graduate Diploma means you will eligible for entry into the MBA with six of the twelve necessary units already completed.
